Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced, innovative, and performance-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing strategy, customer acquisition efforts, e-commerce growth initiatives, and brand visibility across all digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Strategy & Growth:
Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Drive customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty initiatives across all digital platforms.
Develop and manage annual digital marketing plans, budgets, and performance targets.
Lead digital transformation initiatives to improve customer engagement and sales performance.
Performance Marketing:
Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
Manage PPC, display advertising, retargeting, and conversion-focused campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance and maximize return on advertising spend (ROAS).
Social Media Management (A KEY PLANK):
Develop and execute social media strategies for the group.
Create and manage content calendars across all social media platforms.
Produce engaging content, including posts, captions, reels, videos, stories, and campaigns.
Manage brand communities and respond professionally to customer inquiries and comments.
Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to support business objectives.
Monitor social media trends, competitors, influencers, and industry developments.
Track, analyze and report performance metrics, and provide actionable insights.
Create content and handle content creation activities, including photography, videography, and influencer partnerships.
Grow followers, engagement rates, website traffic, and social commerce performance.
Maintain consistent brand voice and luxury retail standards across all platforms.
E-Commerce & Online Sales:
Drive traffic, lead generation, and online sales growth.
Collaborate with retail and sales teams to develop omnichannel marketing campaigns.
Improve website performance, user experience, and conversion rates.
Develop strategies for abandoned cart recovery, customer reactivation, and repeat purchases.
Content & Brand Marketing:
Handle digital content strategy across websites, blogs, email marketing, and social media platforms.
Ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints.
Support product launches, promotions, events, and seasonal campaigns.
Analytics & Reporting:
Track, analyze, and report key digital marketing metrics and KPIs.
Utilize data and customer insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
Prepare monthly performance reports and strategic recommendations for management.
SEO & CRM:
Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic visibility.
Manage email marketing, CRM campaigns, and customer database growth.
Implement marketing automation initiatives to enhance customer engagement.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Digital Media, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Proven track record of driving measurable growth through digital marketing initiatives.
Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and marketing automation tools.
Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and project management abilities.
Experience in retail, fashion, luxury, FMCG, or consumer-focused industries is highly desirable.
