Job Title: People Mobility Manager

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

Job Description

• We are looking for an experienced People Mobility Manager to oversee employee mobility, expatriate administration, immigration compliance, travel coordination, and workforce logistics across multiple project locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage expatriate mobilization and demobilization.
• Coordinate visas, work permits, CERPACs, and immigration processes.
• Manage local and international travel arrangements.
• Coordinate flight bookings, accommodation, airport transfers, and logistics.
• Manage employee rotation schedules.
• Liaise with immigration authorities, travel agencies, and logistics vendors.
• Ensure compliance with immigration and employment regulations.
• Maintain mobility records and reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 7 years' experience in employee mobility, immigration, travel, or HR operations.
• Previous EPC, Oil & Gas, Construction, or multinational project experience is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian immigration processes.
• Excellent planning, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
