We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Real Estate Sales Associate

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Associate to join our expanding real estate team.
  • This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales, motivated by performance, and eager to build a thriving career in real estate.
  • You will be responsible for generating leads, securing property listings, and guiding clients through seamless property transactions. Success in this position requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and a strong commitment to delivering outstanding client experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and creative marketing strategies.
  • Provide professional support to clients throughout buying, selling, and rental processes.
  • Conduct site inspections and viewings, ensuring a professional and informative experience.
  • Develop and maintain long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Stay informed on property values, market trends, and competitor activities to provide accurate recommendations.
  • Work closely with colleagues to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions.
  • Represent the company at property expos, open houses, and promotional events to attract potential clients.

Qualifications & Requirments

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in real estate, sales, or a related field.
  • Practical understanding of real estate principles and market dynamics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to negotiate and close deals.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn and grow within the real estate industry.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Ability to drive and a valid driver’s license is required
