  • Partner directly with the Talent Lead on Group talent acquisition efforts, ensuring a seamless candidate experience and strong onboarding outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the Learning and Development Lead to ensure Group team training needs are identified and addressed.
  • Manage the full annual performance management cycle for the Group team, including goal setting, reviews, and evaluations.

  • Liaise directly with local labor law experts in all operating countries (including Canada, China, Tanzania, Nigeria, Kenya, Uganda, and the United States) to maintain current knowledge and ensure full legal compliance.

How We’ll Measure Success:

  • Group managers report feeling highly supported and equipped to lead distributed, cross-cultural teams effectively, measured via leadership feedback loops and manager-readiness surveys.

Why You Should Apply:

  • Work with an international team across Canada, China, Tanzania, Nigeria, Kenya, Uganda, and the United States, gaining exposure to diverse markets, leadership styles, and cross-cultural collaboration that will accelerate your professional growth.
