Job Title: Real Estate Sales Executive

Job Summary

• Are you a results-driven real estate sales professional with a proven track record of closing property deals?
• We're looking for an experienced Real Estate Sales Executive to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives.
• Conduct property inspections and client presentations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Advise clients on property investment opportunities.
• Negotiate and close property sales to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Prepare sales reports.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate sales.
• Must have successfully closed at least one real estate sale
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
• Good knowledge of the Port Harcourt real estate market is an advantage.
