We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales & Business Development Manager

Location: Abuja (FCT) 
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We’re looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to support business growth, identify new opportunities, and help build lasting client partnerships in the real estate industry.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Support proposals, presentations, and client onboarding
  • Contribute to sales targets and revenue growth

Requirements

  • B.Sc. in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in business development, sales, or client management
  • Excellent team management skill
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
  • Self-driven and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Salary
N150,000 monthly.
