We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: SAP Super User

Location: Surulere, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Reports To: SAP Lead / Finance / Manufacturing / Logistic / IT Head

Role Purpose

• Act as a bridge between business and SAP,ensuring effective system usage, solving business issues, and driving continuous improvement and digital adoption across modules.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand end-to-end business processesand align SAP usage accordingly
• Act as the first point of contactfor SAP-related queries and resolve issues with a business-first approach
• Guide users on best practices and correct system usage
• Identify process gaps and drive improvements, automation and digital initiatives
• Ensure master data accuracy and process discipline
• Support SAP enhancements, testing and system upgrades
• Prepare SOPs and conduct user training sessions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into SAP solutions

Experience & Qualification

• Background in Finance / Operations / IT
• Experience in SAP implementation/support projects

Key KPIs

• Quality and effectiveness of issue resolution
• Improvement in business process efficiency
• User adoption and system utilization
• Data accuracy and compliance

Key Skills:

• Hands-on SAP knowledge across any modules (SD, MM, FI/CO, etc.)
• Deep understanding of business processes and controls
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Exposure to reporting/analytics tools (Excel, Power BI preferred)
• Good communication and stakeholder management.

Salary
N500,000 - N1,000,000 per month.
