Commercial and Operation Lead at a Pre-launch Social Enterprise - Abuja

We are a pre-launch social enterprise in Abuja, building a revenue-generating model that funds community impact education, healthcare, and emergency support.

Job Title: Commercial and Operation Lead

Location: Abuja (FCT)

Description

• We are looking for one person to own the commercial engine of this business from day one supply, sales, and the warehouse floor.
• This is the person who makes the operation move: bringing in goods, finding buyers, and running the day-to-day on the ground until it works.
• This is not a desk role. You will be in the warehouse, on the phone, in the market, most days not designing strategy from a distance.
• You report directly to the Founder, with no layers in between, which means fast decisions and full visibility into how the business actually runs.
• What you build in the first 90 days becomes the foundation the entire business runs on.
• There is a direct path to leading this as Managing Director within six months for the right person but that is earned through what you deliver, not assumed at the start.

Educational Requirements

• Minimum of BSc / HND qualification.
