Job Title: Civil Engineer / Project Manager

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Summary

• We are seeking experienced Civil Engineers / Project Managers to oversee residential and high-end construction projects.
• The role involves planning, coordinating, and supervising construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end execution of residential and luxury construction projects
• Supervise site activities and ensure adherence to design and specifications
• Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, and site engineers
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality control measures
• Prepare and submit progress reports to management
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and building regulations

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in construction/project management
• Experience working in high-demand locations such as Lekki, Ikoyi, Banana Island is an advantage.
• Strong background in residential and high-rise developments
• Excellent leadership, coordination, and reporting skills
