We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Zonal Manager (Waste Management)

Locations: Ushafa, Dutse, Bwari, Kubwa, Dawaki/Katampe, Mpape - Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise day-to-day waste collection activities within the assigned zone.
• Monitor service delivery and ensure timely evacuation of waste from clients' premises.
• Identify estates, communities, business premises, and institutions not currently receiving waste management services and initiate engagement.
• Liaise with residents, estate managers, community leaders, and clients to address service-related issues.
• Maintain accurate records of waste management operations and client activities within the zone.
• Monitor waste collection personnel and ensure compliance with operational standards.
• Prepare and submit daily operational reports to the General Manager.
• Promote environmental sanitation and public health compliance within the assigned zone.

Requirements

• Minimum of HND/B.Sc. in any relevant field.
• Must reside within or around the preferred location of application.
• Strong communication, supervisory, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve operational targets.
• Previous experience in waste management, environmental health, public health, community development, or field operations will be an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of the assigned area and surrounding communities.

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Saturday
• Daily reporting to the General Manager.

Salary
N150,000 Monthly.
