We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Office Assistant

Location: Osogbo, Osun
Employment Type: Full-time

Summary

  • The Office Assistant will provide administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth operation of the academy.
  • The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

  • Manage front desk activities and welcome students, visitors, and guests.
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries professionally and promptly.
  • Maintain student records, attendance reports, and administrative documents.
  • Assist with student registration, onboarding, and enrollment processes.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and training sessions.
  • Prepare, organize, and file documents both electronically and physically.
  • Monitor office supplies inventory and coordinate procurement when needed.
  • Support trainers and management with administrative tasks.
  • Assist in organizing academy events, workshops, seminars, and examinations.
  • Ensure office facilities are clean, organized, and operational.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, deliveries, and mail.
  • Generate basic reports and maintain accurate records.
  • Support social media and communication activities when required.
  • Perform other administrative duties assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Minimum of an NCE, OND, HND.
  • Proven experience as an Office Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Receptionist, or similar role is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Basic knowledge of office equipment and administrative procedures.
  • Familiarity with educational or training environments is an added advantage.
