Job Title: Blending Supervisor

Location: Ijebu-Ode, Ogun

Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to fill the role of Blending Supervisor in our Lubricant Plant in Ijebu Ode.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the blending operation, ensuring accurate and efficient production of high-quality lubricant products.

Responsibilities

• Supervise blending operation and personnel
• Ensure accurate and efficient production of lubricant products
• Monitor and control blending process to ensure product quality
• Develop and implement process improvements
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Requirements

• Minimum of an HND or BSc Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related fields
• 3 - 5 years of experience in a blending or manufacturing environment
• Proven supervisory experience
• Strong knowledge of chemistry and chemical processes
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
