Job Title: Real Estate Inspection Manager (Female)

Location: Abuja (FCT)

Job Summary

• We are seeking a Female Real Estate Inspection Manager to support field-based property assessment, quality assurance, and client reporting across residential and commercial assets.
• The role requires strong attention to detail, professional communication, and the ability to manage on-site evaluations independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct physical inspections of residential and commercial properties to assess structural condition, compliance, and overall market readiness
• Prepare clear, structured inspection reports including photographs, observations, and recommendations
• Verify property documentation and flag discrepancies relating to ownership, permits, or development status
• Liaise with property owners, agents, contractors, and internal teams to coordinate inspection schedules
• Monitor construction progress on assigned sites and ensure alignment with agreed specifications
• Identify maintenance risks, safety concerns, and valuation-impacting defects
• Maintain accurate inspection records and update internal property databases
• Support due diligence processes for property acquisition and leasing decisions
• Ensure timely submission of inspection reports within agreed deadlines
• Represent the organisation professionally during all site visits and client interactions

Qualifications and Requirements

• Candidates should possess an HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Estate Management, Architecture, Building Technology, Quantity Surveying, or related field with 2-4 years experience
• Prior experience in real estate inspection, facility management, property management, or construction supervision
• Strong understanding of building structures, materials, and basic construction standards
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for report writing and client interaction
• Proficiency in using mobile tools for documentation (photos, notes, reporting apps)
• Must be highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in the field
• Must possess a valid driver’s licence and be confident in driving within urban and inter-state routes
• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to engage professionally with diverse stakeholders
• Integrity, discretion, and reliability in handling property and client information
• Ability to manage multiple inspections and prioritise tasks effectively
• Female for gender balance 
• This role is suited for a proactive professional who can combine field accuracy with structured reporting and client-facing confidence.

Salary
N120,000 - N150,000 / Month.
