Job Title: HR Business Partner

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

Job Summary

• We are seeking a proactive, resourceful, and experienced HR Business Partner to support our people operations and business objectives.
• The ideal candidate will play a key role in talent management, employee relations, payroll administration, account management, and overall workforce effectiveness while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and best HR practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with management to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement processes.
• Oversee staff performance management, disciplinary procedures, and employee relations matters.
• Oversee the accurate and timely administration of payroll, ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
• Support financial record-keeping, account management, and HR-related reporting.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Monitor staff attendance, leave administration, and workforce planning activities.
• Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
• Manage assigned client accounts, ensuring effective workforce administration, timely service delivery, and high levels of client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in Human Resources, preferably as an HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, or similar role (Post-NYSC).
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
• Experience managing payroll, employee records, and HR administration.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and account management.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management tools.
• CIPM certification or membership is an added advantage.
• Candidates residing within or close to Ikoyi and its environs are strongly encouraged to apply.
