Pad-Up Creations is the leading producer of washable and reusable sanitary pads in Africa. As a social company, we are motivated to give sustainable solutions to the menstrual problems faced by rural and low income girls/women in Africa.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Content Creator

Locations: Abuja (FCT) and Minna - Niger
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Overview

• Are you a master of social media trends, Reels, and engaging storytelling? Can you shoot, edit, and write content that stops the scroll?
• We are seeking a highly creative Content Creator to join our team at our headquarters in Minna.
• In this role, you will be the creative engine behind our digital platforms—conceptualizing, shooting, and editing video and graphic content that boosts brand awareness, drives engagement, and highlights our social impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Video Production: Plan, script, shoot, and edit high-quality short-form videos (TikToks, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) and long-form documentary-style content showcasing our manufacturing, community distribution, and impact.
• Social Media Management: Co-manage our social media platforms, writing compelling captions and staying ahead of viral trends, audio tracks, and formats.
• Graphic & Visual Design: Design eye-catching banners, carousels, and basic promotional graphics using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
• Storytelling & Copywriting: Interview beneficiaries, community leaders, and factory staff to craft emotionally resonant stories that highlight the "why" behind Pad-Up Creations.
• Community Engagement: Monitor comments, engage with our community, and build a vibrant online audience around menstrual hygiene and sustainability.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 1–3 years of active experience creating content for brands, personal platforms, or agencies. (A strong portfolio of video or graphic work is mandatory).
• Technical Skills: High proficiency in mobile and desktop video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, VN) and graphic design tools (Canva/Photoshop).
• Trend Savviness: Deep understanding of social media algorithms, current trends, and how to capture an audience's attention in the first three seconds.
• Confidence: Comfort being both behind the camera (as producer/editor) and occasionally in front of the camera (as a presenter/host if needed).
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.

Location & Relocation Package:

• Current Location: Must currently reside in Minna, Niger State, Or be completely willing to relocate.
• Relocation Support: To ensure a smooth transition for the right creative talent, we are offering two months of free, complimentary accommodation in Minna.
