Job Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced and proactive Human Resources Manager with a strong background in employee relations and engagement to join our HR team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for fostering a positive workplace culture, managing employee relations matters, driving engagement initiatives, and supporting the delivery of key HR functions across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters and workplace concerns.
Manage disciplinary, grievance, and conflict resolution processes in line with company policies and employment legislation.
Conduct investigations into employee complaints, misconduct, and workplace disputes.
Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations issues and people management practices.
Promote fair, consistent, and legally compliant HR practices across the organisation.
Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives that support organisational culture and employee satisfaction.
Coordinate employee recognition, appreciation, and wellbeing programmes.
Conduct employee surveys and analyse feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Support initiatives that enhance employee morale, retention, and workplace experience.
Facilitate employee communication and engagement activities.
Ensure compliance with employment legislation and organisational policies.
Conduct workplace investigations and prepare related reports.
Analyse HR data and employee feedback to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
Support recruitment and onboarding activities as required.
Assist in the implementation and monitoring of performance management processes.
Contribute to policy development, review, and implementation.
Support learning and development initiatives and staff training programmes.
Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and organisational policies.
Prepare HR reports, metrics, and management information as required.
Participate in HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
Support audits, investigations, and compliance reviews.
Identify and mitigate employee relations risks within the organisation.
Requirements
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
Professional HR certification such as CIPM, CIPD, SHRM, HRCI, or equivalent is required.
Minimum of 7years of progressive HR experience.
At least 5years of experience managing employee relations matters.
Demonstrated experience in employee engagement, workplace culture, and conflict resolution.
Experience supporting multiple HR functions including recruitment, performance management, policy implementation, and compliance.
Experience within a structured corporate service-based organisation is desirable.
