Founded by creative director Evioghene Jesumuyiwa, the brand has grown from a local boutique into an international bridal house, notably debuting its collections at prestigious international events like The National Wedding Show in London. They are widely recognized for their glamorous, hand-beaded lace detailing, structured couture tailoring, and versatile silhouettes ranging from minimalist to elaborate designs.

Job Title: Customer Service Associate

Location: Ikeja, Lagos 

Role Overview

• We are iseeking a friendly, professional, and highly organised Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for our customers, managing enquiries across multiple channels and converting interest into long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to enquiries via WhatsApp, email, and phone.
• Manage conversations from first contact through to conversion.
• Create, issue, and follow up on invoices.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Resolve complaints efficiently, escalating where necessary.
• Work closely with sales and operations teams.

Requirements

• OND / HND / Bachelor's Degree in any field
• 1-3 years' experience in customer service or sales support.
• Exceilent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with WhatsApp Business, email, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
• Reliable, punctual, able to commute to Ikeja, Lagos.
