Job Title: Facility Supervisor / Installation Technician

Job Description

• We are currently seeking a skilled and proactive Facility Supervisor / Installation Technician to join our team.
• The ideal candidate should possess strong technical and installation skills, with experience in industrial cleaning and facility maintenance.
• The role involves supervising facility operations, Supervising office assistants across branches, carrying out installations, and ensuring excellent service delivery at client locations.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily facility maintenance and operational activities to ensure a clean, safe, and functional environment. 
• Oversee and coordinate industrial cleaning operations within the facility, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Handle the installation, setup, and coupling of lifestyle products, furniture, couches, and related equipment at client locations.
• Carry out basic technical repairs, troubleshooting, installations, and maintenance works as required.
• Monitor, inspect, and maintain facility equipment, electrical fittings, and installations to ensure optimal functionality.
• Ensure proper handling, movement, and safe transportation of products during installations and deliveries.
• Supervise maintenance and cleaning staff to ensure efficiency, productivity, and adherence to company standards.
• Conduct routine inspections of facilities, equipment, and installations, identifying maintenance issues and ensuring prompt resolution.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational standards at all times.
• Provide professional and courteous service to clients during on-site installations and maintenance activities.
• Ensure all installations and technical activities are completed according to company standards and client expectations.
• Maintain accurate records of installations, maintenance activities, inspections, and facility reports.
• Perform any other duties as may be assigned by Management.

Qualification / Requirements

• Minimum of HND / BSC or Technical Certification in Facilities Management, Technical Operations, or a related field.
• Proven experience in facility supervision, technical maintenance, installations, and operational support.
• Experience in industrial cleaning and facility maintenance operations is an added advantage.
• Strong technical skills in repairs, troubleshooting, installations, and equipment handling.
• Ability to assemble, install, and professionally handle furniture, lifestyle products, and related equipment.
• Good problem-solving, organizational, and coordination skills.
• Ability to supervise teams and coordinate daily operational and maintenance activities effectively.
• Good knowledge of health, safety, and operational regulations.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Physically fit and capable of handling installation and maintenance-related tasks.
• Ability to work independently, within a team, and with minimal supervision.

Salary
N170,000 - N200,000 per month.
