Job Title: Warehouse Lead

Locations: Ojota and Ketu - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• The Warehouse Lead will be responsible for the day-to-day management of warehouse operations, ensuring the safe receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
• You will lead a team of warehouse staff, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure all operations comply with company standards and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch
• Lead, supervise, and motivate warehouse team members to achieve operational targets
• Maintain accurate stock records and conduct regular inventory counts
• Ensure warehouse is organised, clean, and compliant with health and safety standards
• Coordinate with the logistics and sales teams to ensure timely order fulfilment
• Monitor and report on warehouse KPIs and identify areas for process improvement
• Manage stock movement documentation and ensure system records are up to date
• Train and onboard new warehouse staff as required

Requirements

• Minimum SSCE; relevant professional certification is an advantage
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a warehouse supervisory or lead role
• Must reside within the job proximity
• FMCG industry background strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
• Familiarity with the Ketu and Ojota areas is an advantage
