Khadasha Innovations Africa - Our client is a growing real estate company with an impressive portfolio of residential and commercial properties across Lekki, Ikoyi, Banana Island, and other prime locations in Lagos.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales & Marketing Officer

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • Are you a results-driven real estate sales professional with a proven track record of closing deals and building strong client relationships?
  • They are looking to hire a Sales & Marketing Officer to join their team.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue qualified buyers, tenants, investors, and corporate clients.
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, digital marketing, and direct prospecting.
  • Conduct property inspections, presentations, and client meetings.
  • Negotiate and close property sales and leasing transactions.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistently achieve sales targets.
  • Promote available properties through online and offline marketing channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, property owners, and stakeholders.
  • Provide accurate information regarding property features, pricing, and documentation.
  • Support transaction documentation and compliance processes.
  • Monitor market trends and provide insights to support business growth.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and submit periodic performance reports.

Requirements
Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management, Real Estate, or a related discipline.

Experience:

  • 3–5 years proven experience in Real Estate Sales and Marketing.
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully closing property sales and leasing transactions.
  • Experience working with residential and commercial properties.
  • Experience managing high-net-worth clients and corporate lease transactions is an added advantage.
  • Strong understanding of the Lagos real estate market.

Other Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of property title documentation including:
    • Certificate of Occupancy (C of O)
    • Governor's Consent
    • Deed of Assignment
    • Survey Plans
    • Offer Letters
    • Registered Conveyances
    • Other property title documents
  • Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong attention to detail and integrity in all dealings.
  • Must be customer-focused and committed to delivering exceptional client experiences.
  • Knowledge of Lekki, Ikoyi, Banana Island, and other key Lagos real estate markets is highly desirable.

Remuneration

  • Net Monthly Salary: N300,000 – N350,000 per month
  • Commission: 10% – 20% on successfully closed transactions.
