Job Title: CRM Implementation Specialist

Location: Ajah, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and deployment of CRM solutions based on business requirements.
• Gather, analyze, and document client requirements for CRM configuration and customization.
• Configure CRM systems, workflows, dashboards, reports, and user roles.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Conduct system testing, troubleshoot issues, and resolve implementation challenges.
• Migrate customer data from legacy systems while ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Train end users on CRM functionality and provide ongoing user support.
• Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements to improve business processes.
• Develop and maintain implementation documentation, user guides, and standard operating procedures.
• Ensure CRM implementations are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational objectives.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 2 - 3 years of experience.

Salary
N400,000 - N500,000 / month.
