A reputable group of schools consisting of Nursery, Primary and College located in the ikeja axis of Lagos seeks a dynamic, forward looking, versatile and experienced professional effective from September, 2026 is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Chief Operating Officer

Location: Ikeja, Lagos 

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will:

• Provide strategic leadership for the school's academic, administrative, and operational activities.
• Represent the Board and stakeholders on educational matters when required.
• Drive growth, profitability, and operational efficiency while maintaining high educational standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with staff, students, parents, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure prudent management of resources and provide regular performance reports to the Board.

Qualifications and Experience
Applicants must:

• Possess a First Degree in Education.
• Added qualification advantage in Master's Degree and/or PhD in Educational Administration, Educational Management, Guidance and Counselling, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Have between10 -15 years' experience in school administration at senior management level.
• Demonstrate strong educational leadership and business management skills.
• Have the ability to manage a profit-oriented organisation effectively.
• Possess at least a satisfactory level of ICT proficiency, including Microsoft
• Office applications and school management technologies.
• Be a person of proven integrity and accountability.
