We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Digital Marketer

Location: Yaba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Overview

  • We are seeking a dynamic, creative, result - driven, and tech - savvy Digital Marketer.
  • The ideal candidate will be capable of driving lead generation for high - ticket real estate and interior design while simultaneously executing conversion - focused performance marketing and inventory turnover for an e - commerce platform.

Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management & Lead Generation:

  • Paid Ads: Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads) targeting potential buyers, renters, and investors.
  • Lead Funnels: Develop data - driven strategies to capture, nurture, and track qualified leads from initial contact to conversion.
  • Budgeting: Manage the digital marketing budget effectively, ensuring a high return on investment (ROI) on all digital spending.

Content Creation & Social Media:

  • Platform Growth: Manage and grow the company’s social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, X, YouTube, LinkedIn).
  • Visual Showcase: Leverage highly visual platforms to showcase design portfolios, bespoke furniture pieces, and room makeovers.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with the multimedia / content team to create engaging videos, virtual tours, high - quality photos, and compelling property copy.
  • Email Marketing: Curate and manage email marketing campaigns and newsletters to keep prospects and past clients engaged.
  • Content Calendar: Maintain a unified content calendar that ensures consistent brand messaging while preserving the unique tone and target audience of each vertical.

SEO & Website Management:

  • Listings: Manage and update property listings and landing pages on the company website.
  • SEO Best Practices: Implement Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies to ensure properties rank highly on Google for local keywords.
  • UX Optimization: Optimize user experience (UX) on the website to maximize online lead capture.

Analytics, CRM & Market Research:

  • Performance Tracking: Track, analyze, and report on key digital metrics including website traffic, conversion rates, ad spend, and engagement.
  • Cross - Brand Operations: Track and report on KPIs across all three businesses using Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
  • Market Research: Conduct ongoing research on real estate, interior design, and furniture trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences to adjust marketing strategies.
  • CRM Management: Maintain and organize customer databases using the company’s CRM system.

Role Requirements
Education & Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor’s or HND degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 – 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record.

Technical Skills:

  • Ad & Analytics Platforms: Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.
  • CRM Software: Experience with systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Email Automation: Experience with email marketing automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo).

Core Competencies & Soft Skills:

  • Creativity & Copywriting: A strong visual eye (Canva, basic image and video editing) combined with excellent copywriting and storytelling skills.
  • Organization: Exceptional organizational ability to successfully juggle multiple campaigns at once.
  • Analytical Thinking: Data - driven mindset focused on continuous optimization.
  • Communication: Exceptional communication skills for collaborating with sales teams and interacting with prospects.
