Job Title: Business Development Manager
Location: Abuja
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Revenue Growth:
Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the hospitality and corporate sectors.
Generate leads and convert prospects into paying clients.
Build a strong sales pipeline and manage opportunities from prospecting to closure.
Increase the company's market share and customer base.
Sales & Marketing:
Promote and sell all Venmac Resources Limited services.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive activities.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Attend networking events, conferences, exhibitions, and industry meetings to generate business.
Develop strategic marketing initiatives that increase brand visibility and revenue.
Client Relationship Management:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Serve as the primary contact for key accounts and strategic partners.
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
Follow up on inquiries and proposals to maximize conversion rates.
Partnership Development:
Develop strategic partnerships with hotels, property owners, corporate organizations, government agencies, and institutions.
Identify opportunities for collaborations that can increase business opportunities and revenue.
Proposal & Contract Management:
Prepare business proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
Negotiate pricing and contract terms with clients.
Ensure timely execution and renewal of contracts.
Reporting & Performance Management:
Prepare weekly and monthly business development reports.
Track sales activities, opportunities, and revenue performance.
Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and client engagements.
Provide management with market intelligence and business insights.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Monthly and annual revenue targets achieved.
Number of new clients acquired.
Number of business proposals submitted.
Conversion rate from leads to clients.
Client retention rate.
Value of contracts secured.
Growth in company market share.
Strategic partnerships established.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
3–5 years experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, or Hospitality Sales.
Experience in hotel management, hospitality consulting, real estate, or professional services is an added advantage.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Required Skills & Competencies:

The candidate should be comfortable meeting CEOs, hotel owners, property developers, corporate organizations, and government agencies to secure contracts and business opportunities.
Compensation
Salary Range N150,000 - N200,000 / month
