We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Video Editor

Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Reports to: Community Manager

Responsibilities

• Shoots and edits the fast-turnaround video content that holds attention long enough to build trust - turning raw footage into platform-native clips that drive opt-ins.

Outcome: Video that converts strangers into students:

• Shoots all video content — on location and in-studio — with the Content Creator
• 24-hour turnaround from shoot to edited, ready-to-post clip is non-negotiable
• Edits for TikTok-native aesthetic — you must understand how attention works on short-form
• Handles captions, subtitles, and basic motion graphics in every video
• Delivers content fully ready to post — zero back-and-forth loops that delay publishing
• Adapts cuts for multiple platforms: TikTok, WhatsApp Status, Facebook, Telegram
