After years of development, Transsion has become an important part of the mobile phone industry and one of the major mobile phone manufacturers in the world. Currently, it has full ownership of three famous mobile phone brands TECNO, itel and Infinix, and an after-sales service brand Carlcare

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Regional Sales Representative

Locations: Kaduna and Kano

Job Summary

  • The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales of Itel electronics, increasing market presence, and ensuring strong visibility across assigned region territories.
  • The role requires active engagement with retailers, distributors, and end customers to achieve sales targets and maintain brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell Itel electronics within assigned territory
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  • Identify and onboard new retailers and distributors
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and partners
  • Ensure proper product display, visibility, and branding at retail outlets
  • Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback
  • Ensure accurate reporting of sales activities and performance
  • Educate customers and retailers on product features and benefits
  • Ensure compliance with company policies (including IMEI and sales reporting standards).

Performance Metric

  • Sales volume and revenue targets
  • Market coverage and new customer acquisition
  • Retail visibility and merchandising compliance.

Requirements

  • Minimum of an OND / HND / BSc Degree in any related field
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the Electronic industry
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets under pressure
  • Good knowledge of the local market and sales territory
  • Basic understanding of smartphone features and technology.
