About the Role

• We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and highly proactive Marketing Lead to drive the development and execution of our marketing initiatives.
• This role is ideal for a marketing professional who combines strong strategic thinking with hands-on execution and is passionate about building brands, driving growth, and delivering measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, engagement, and retention initiatives.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
• Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring optimal return on investment.
• Oversee content strategy and ensure consistency in brand messaging across all touchpoints.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver marketing projects effectively.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Identify innovative marketing opportunities and proactively recommend growth initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, clients, vendors, and media partners.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5–10 years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive business growth.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, brand management, content strategy, performance marketing, and customer engagement.
• Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Highly proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative, identify opportunities, and drive execution with minimal supervision.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Is genuinely passionate about marketing and brand building.
• Thinks strategically but is comfortable rolling up their sleeves to execute.
