We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Operations Manager

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise operational and sales teams across the business
• Coordinate activities between Inventory, Sales, Logistics, Administration, and other functional teams
• Liaise with managers and teams across our different locations to ensure smooth operations and alignment
• Drive revenue growth, customer acquisition, and business development initiatives
• Monitor inventory performance, stock movement, and operational efficiency
• Develop and implement systems, processes, and performance tracking mechanisms
• Prepare management reports and support strategic decision-making

Requirements

• 2-4 years' experience in operations management, sales management, business development, or a related leadership role
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
• Experience coordinating multiple teams and business functions
• Proven ability to meet targets and improve operational performance
• Experience in Wines & Spirits, Beverage Distribution, FMCG, Hospitality, or related industries is a strong advantage.
