About the Role

• We are seeking a Procurement Officer to support sourcing, vendor coordination, and purchasing activities.
• The role is ideal for early‑career professionals looking to build experience in procurement and supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing suppliers and obtaining quotations for goods and services
• Prepare purchase orders and procurement documentation
• Liaise with vendors and suppliers to confirm pricing and delivery timelines
• Track orders and follow up to ensure timely delivery of materials
• Maintain accurate procurement records and supplier databases
• Support cost comparisons and basic price analysis
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet procurement requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
• 1 - 3 years experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain roles
• Basic understanding of procurement processes and documentation
• Strong organizational and attention‑to‑detail skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Good communication and vendor coordination skills.
