Job Summary

• The Regulatory Officer will be responsible for monitoring regulatory developments, ensuring company compliance with applicable laws, and maintaining effective communication with regulatory authorities.
• The ideal candidate must have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of regulatory frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and interpret regulatory requirements relevant to the company’s operations.
• Ensure the organization complies with all statutory and regulatory obligations.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities and ensure timely submission of required reports and documentation.
• Prepare and maintain regulatory compliance reports and records.
• Conduct internal compliance checks and audits where necessary.
• Advise management on regulatory updates and potential compliance risks.
• Assist in developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures.
• Support regulatory inspections and investigations when required.

Qualifications and Requirement

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in regulatory compliance, risk management, or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
