We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Cleaner

Location: Epe - Alaro City, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• The Warehouse Cleaner is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment. The role involves cleaning warehouse floors, restroomsand general compoundwhile ensuring compliance with health, safety, and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Sweep warehouse floors and compound.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms.
• Empty trash bins and dispose of waste according to company procedures.
• Dust and clean Admin office.
• Clean loading bays, entrances, and external warehouse surroundings.
• Ensure cleaning equipment and supplies are properly maintained and stored.
• Report maintenance issues, spills, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor.
• Support general housekeeping activities to maintain a safe working environment.
• Perform any other cleaning or facility - related duties assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Secondary School Certificate (SSCE) or equivalent.
• Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Basic understanding of workplace hygiene and safety practices.

Skills and Competencies:

• Good attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual cleaning tasks.
• Reliable, honest, and punctual.
• Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.

Working Conditions:

• Work is primarily carried out in a warehouse environment.
• Wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) while carrying out duties.
• May require standing, walking, bending, lifting, and carrying cleaning equipment for extended periods.

Salary and Benefits

• N75,000 – N78,000 per month, depending on experience and performance.
• HMO (covers staff, spouse and 4 children)
