Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: Sagamu, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Machine Operator with 1 – 2 years of manufacturing or production experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining production machinery to ensure efficient and safe manufacturing processes while meeting quality standards and production targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machines according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Set up machines and adjust settings to achieve optimal performance.
• Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on equipment.
• Identify and troubleshoot minor machine malfunctions and report major issues to the maintenance team.
• Ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.
• Maintain accurate production records and machine logs.
• Follow workplace safety regulations and company policies at all times.
• Keep work areas clean and organized in accordance with housekeeping standards.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to achieve production goals.
• Assist in machine changeovers and production line setup when required.

Qualifications & Requirements

• High School Diploma, Technical Certificate, or equivalent qualification.
• 1 - 2 years of experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Basic understanding of machine operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to read and interpret production instructions and technical documents.
• Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work shifts, including weekends or overtime when required.
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 / month.
