Stipend: ₦70,000 – ₦100,000 / month (Net)

Duration: 3–6 months (with potential for full-time conversion based on performance)

The Role

As our Growth & Marketing Intern, your single goal is to help us reach more parents and fill our live classrooms. You will work on low-cost, high-velocity acquisition channels, moving parents from curious prospects to active trial class participants.

What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)

• Community Hacking: Infiltrate and actively manage parent groups, PTA forums, and mom communities on WhatsApp and Facebook to subtly position Kiddiedu as the premier learning choice.

• Content Creation: Source snippets from our exciting live classes (with parental permission) and turn them into hyper-engaging Instagram Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts.

• Influencer Outreach: Find and pitch local nano-influencers (moms with highly engaged local followings) to get their kids into our free trial classes in exchange for honest video reviews.

• Funnel Optimization: Run daily WhatsApp broadcast and nurturing workflows to ensure parents who register for a free trial actually log into the classroom.

What We Are Looking For (Requirements)

• Target Candidate: Recent graduates, current undergraduates, or NYSC members looking for an aggressive growth environment.

• Digital Literacy: You must be highly comfortable navigating digital tools like Canva, CapCut/InShot, and basic spreadsheet tracking.

• The Execution Mindset: You don't wait around to be told what to do next. You make mistakes fast, fix them faster, and focus on results, not just tasks.

• Remote/HybridSetup: You must possess a reliable laptop, a stable backup power solution, and a lightning-fast internet connection.

What Success Looks Like (Your KPIs)

You will be graded on clear, tangible metrics:

1. Trial Bookings: How many qualified parent sign-ups you generate weekly.

2. Attendance Rate: Your success rate in ensuring booked trials show up to their live sessions.

3. Content Velocity: Maintaining a strict consistency pipeline of 3 to 4 short-form marketing videos published per week.

Compensation Structure

• Salary: N70,000 - N100,000 / Month
• Competitive base compensation plus performance incentives.
• Performance bonuses will be tied directly to agreed growth and revenue targets.
• Exceptional performers will have opportunities to take on greater leadership responsibilities as the company expands.
