Job Title: Growth & Marketing Lead (Performance-Based)

Location: Lagos

Description

  • We are looking for an ambitious Growth & Marketing Lead who can drive customer acquisition, increase revenue, build marketing systems, and lead growth initiatives across multiple products and business units.
  • This is a leadership role for someone who understands strategy, execution, sales, customer acquisition, and growth.

Role Summary

  • You will be responsible for creating and executing growth strategies across all our products and services.
  • Your primary objective is simple:
    • Generate leads, increase conversions, grow revenue, and build repeatable systems that drive business growth.
    • You will work closely with founders and business leaders to identify growth opportunities, launch campaigns, improve customer acquisition, and scale successful initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Growth Strategy:

  • Develop and execute growth strategies for all business units.
  • Identify customer acquisition opportunities.
  • Design and optimize sales and marketing funnels.
  • Build systems that improve conversion rates.

Customer Acquisition:

  • Generate qualified leads across multiple channels.
  • Improve lead-to-customer conversion.
  • Develop referral and partnership programs.
  • Create customer retention initiatives.

Marketing Leadership:

  • Lead marketing campaigns from planning to execution.
  • Manage social media growth strategies.
  • Coordinate content marketing initiatives.
  • Oversee brand positioning across all platforms.

Sales & Enrollment Growth:

  • Develop strategies that increase customer acquisition.
  • Improve conversion of inquiries into paying customers.
  • Create follow-up systems for leads.
  • Build customer journey processes.

Performance Management:

  • Track growth KPIs.
  • Produce weekly and monthly reports.
  • Analyze campaign performance.
  • Recommend improvements based on data.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in growth marketing, sales, business development, or customer acquisition.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate measurable business results.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and sales funnels.
  • Experience building growth systems and conversion strategies.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership.

Compensation Structure

  • Salary: N70,000 - N100,000 / Month
  • Competitive base compensation plus performance incentives.
  • Performance bonuses will be tied directly to agreed growth and revenue targets.
  • Exceptional performers will have opportunities to take on greater leadership responsibilities as the company expands.
