Job Summary

• We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused NYSC Corps Member to join our team as a Customer Care Representative.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, providing product or service information, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, social media, and other communication channels.
• 2Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively while maintaining a positive customer experience.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and transactions.
• Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfactory resolution of concerns.
• Assist in managing customer databases and updating customer information.
• Support customer satisfaction initiatives and service improvement efforts.
• Prepare periodic reports on customer interactions and feedback.
• Perform other customer service-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be a serving NYSC Corps Member.
• Bachelor's Degree or HND in any relevant discipline.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer applications.
• Ability to remain calm and professional when handling customer complaints.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Must be a resident in Ikeja or nearby areas for easy commute.

Salary
N50,000 per month.
