Job Summary

• We are seeking a smart, organized, and proactive NYSC Corps Member to join our team as an Admin Intern.
• The ideal candidate will provide administrative support, assist with daily office operations, maintain records, and contribute to ensuring the smooth running of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and clerical support to the team.
• Manage and organize physical and electronic files, documents, and records.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
• Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars.
• Prepare reports, memos, and other administrative documents as required.
• Assist with office inventory management and procurement processes.
• Receive visitors and direct them appropriately.
• Support data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and office activities.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be a serving NYSC Corps Member.
• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Mass Communication, Office Management, Social Sciences, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
• Professional attitude and willingness to learn.
• Must be a resident in Surulere or nearby areas for easy commute.
