Job Summary

• Kuchita Properties Limited is seeking a creative, results-driven, and highly organized Social Media Manager to strengthen our online presence, engage our audience, and support our marketing and sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content, including graphics, videos, reels, and promotional campaigns.
• Manage daily social media interactions and respond promptly to inquiries and comments.
• Monitor social media trends and recommend innovative content ideas.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to promote property listings, projects, and company activities.
• Track and analyze social media performance metrics and prepare monthly reports.
• Manage paid advertising campaigns and optimize performance.
• Assist in brand positioning and online reputation management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Communications, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience managing social media accounts for businesses or brands.
• Strong content creation, copywriting, and storytelling skills.
• Proficiency in content creation and design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar applications.
• Experience using Meta Business Suite and social media analytics tools to monitor performance and optimize campaigns.
• Knowledge of digital advertising, lead generation, and customer acquisition strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Must own and be proficient in the use of a good smartphone for content creation and social media management.
• Experience in real estate marketing will be an added advantage.
