Job Titles: Sales Representative & Delivery Personnel

Location: Lagos Mainland, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Slot: 6 Openings (3 for each position)

Job Description

• Sales Representatives will drive revenue growth by achieving territory targets, building strong customer relationships, and maximising coverage.
• Delivery Personnel will support the team by ensuring accurate, timely, and professional delivery of goods to customers across Lagos.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales targets and grow territory coverage (Sales Reps).
• Build and maintain productive customer relationships.
• Execute timely and accurate delivery of goods to customers (Delivery Personnel).
• Maintain detailed records of sales, deliveries, and customer interactions.
• Support team goals through disciplined, results-driven daily activity.

Requirements

• Minimum SSCE
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a sales or delivery role.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills (Sales Reps).
• Excellent relationship management and communication skills.
• Good market and product knowledge.
• Physically fit and able to handle delivery duties (Delivery Personnel).

• Background check and reference check.

Salary and Benefits

• N100,000 – N170,000 per month.
• Medical / HMO coverage.
