Job Title: Sales Representative (Female)

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Working Days: Monday – Saturday
Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Job Summary

• We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our retail team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for attending to customers, providing excellent customer service, promoting products, and driving sales while ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to customers in a professional and courteous manner.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Drive sales by effectively promoting products and services.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of products, pricing, and promotions.
• Process customer purchases and transactions accurately.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
• Assist in merchandising and arranging products to enhance store appearance.
• Monitor stock levels and report inventory shortages when necessary.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the store environment.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: OND
• Female candidates only.
• Age range: 26 – 34 years.
• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is an added advantage.
• Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Computer literacy is an added advantage.
• Must reside within Ikeja or surrounding areas for ease of commute.
