Job Title: Civil Engineering Technician (Junior Level)

Description

• Are you a recent Civil Engineering graduate with strong analytical and digital skills? Do you have a passion for data analysis, engineering drawings, and emerging technologies? If so, we invite you to join our Planning Team at Hitech Construction Company Limited.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and maintain project data using Excel, Power BI, and other digital tools.
• Interpret and extract relevant information from AutoCAD, Revit, and Civil 3D drawings.
• Prepare accurate quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications.
• Assist in tracking project progress and maintaining project records.
• Maintain organized databases for quantities, drawings, and project-related information.
• Support the automation of routine planning tasks using AI-powered tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (B.Eng./B.Sc.) or HND in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Basic understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.

Technical Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, data management, and analysis)
• Working knowledge of Power BI
• Basic exposure to AI tools for workflow improvement and data handling Ability to perform accurate quantity take-offs
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings using:
  • AutoCAD
  • Revit
  • Civil 3D
