About the Role

• We are seeking an experienced BIM Manager to lead and coordinate Building Information Modelling across our bridge, highway, and civil engineering projects.
• The successful candidate will establish BIM standards, workflows, and the common data environment, drive digital collaboration across multidisciplinary teams, and ensure the delivery of accurate, coordinated, and standards-compliant models from design through construction.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and enforce BIM standards, protocols, and execution plans (BEP) aligned with ISO 19650 and project requirements.
• Setup and manage the Common Data Environment (CDE) and information delivery workflows.
• Lead.3D modelling, coordination, and clash detection across structural, highway, drainage, and MEP disciplines.
• Coordinate and review federated models, resolve ofashes, and ensure model quality, accuracy, and data integrity.
• Manage and configure BIM software and tols (e.g. Autodesk Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks, BIM 360/ACC, InfraWorks).
• Produce and maintain quantities, schedules, and deliverables derived from models, and support 4D/5D BIM where required.
• Train, mentor, and provide technical support to engineers, modellers, and technicians on BlM tools and workflows.
• Liaise with clients, design teams, and contractors on BIM requirements, information exchange, and digital deliverables.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline (Master's degree an advantage).
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in BIM, with a track record of managing BIM on infrastructure or building projects.
• Sound knowledge of ISO 19650 and BIM standards and processes.
• Professional registration (e.g. COREN/NSE) and BIM certification are an advantage.
• Experience implementing BIM on bridge, highway, or major civil projects is highly desirable.

Skills & Attributes:

• Expert proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks, and CDE platforms (BIM 360/ACC).
• Strong understanding of multidisciplinary design coordination and clash detection.
• Knowledge of4D/5D BIM, data management, and information management principles.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Strong problem-solving, organisational, and quality-assurance abilities.
