The Role

• Are you a strategic HR professional who believes that a happy workplace is a productive one? We are seeking a Human Resources Manager to oversee HR operations for the entire Opes Venit portfolio.
• In this role, you won’t just be managing processes—you will be shaping the employee experience. You will be the architect of our talent strategy, driving recruitment, talent development, performance management, and employee engagement from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition: Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for all brands, sourcing top-tier talent that aligns with our core values and growth objectives.
• Talent Development: Design and implement learning and development initiatives to help our team members grow, upskill, and reach their full potential.
• Performance Management: Build and oversee a fair, transparent, and growth-oriented performance review system that motivates employees and aligns with business goals.
• Employee Engagement & Culture: Be the heartbeat of our workplace. Develop creative initiatives, feedback loops, and team-building strategies to ensure a happy, inclusive, and highly engaged workforce.
• Multi-Brand HR Alignment: Act as a central HR partner, ensuring consistent, high-quality HR practices and culture across all brands under the Opes Venit umbrella.

Requirements
What We Are Looking For:

• Experience: 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably managing HR for multiple brands, a holding company, or a fast-paced environment.
• The Culture Champion: A proven track record of creating a happy, collaborative, and thriving workplace culture.
• The Talent Magnet: Strong recruitment skills with a knack for spotting potential and cultural fit.
• Strategic & Empathetic: A unique blend of strong business acumen and exceptional emotional intelligence.
