Job Title: Videographer

Location: Ajah, Lagos

About the Role

• We are looking to hire a creative and skilled Videographer to join its in-house media team.
• This is a hands-on role that requires someone who can shoot, fly, and edit — and who thrives in a structured, professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Shoot high-quality video content using both professional cameras and smartphones
• Operate and pilot a drone for aerial footage and property coverage
• Edit video content from raw footage to final deliverable (reels, promos, walkthroughs, etc.)
• Generate fresh, engaging content ideas that align with brand direction
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales team on content campaigns
• Travel to project sites and locations as required

Requirements

• Proven experience in videography, drone operation, and video editing
• Proficiency with editing software (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, or similar)
• Valid or certifiable drone pilot experience
• Ability to shoot with both DSLR/mirrorless cameras and mobile devices
• Strong creative instincts — you bring ideas, not just execution
• Ability to work within a team and take direction professionally
• Comfortable operating in a corporate environment and adhering to workplace policies
• Must reside in Ajah or its immediate environs
• Must have worked in the real estate space
• Willingness to travel for shoots across Lagos and beyond.

• Salary: N150,000 - N400,000 monthly.
