We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Commercial Operations, Key Accounts & Tenders Manager

Location: Utako, Abuja

Description

  • As we continue to expand our operations and strengthen our corporate structure, we are seeking competent, disciplined and results-driven individuals who can contribute to a vision built on excellence, integrity, innovation and long-term impact.
  • These is a full-time, on-site roles for professional with strong leadership ability, technical expertise, sound judgment, integrity and proven experience in their respective fields.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Finance or any related field; a Master's Degree is an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in commercial operations, key account management, tender management, business development, procurement, contracts, sales operations and / or project-based client management.
  • Proven experience preparing tender documents, managing client accounts, coordinating proposals, reviewing commercial requirements, tracking bids and supporting revenue growth across multi-sector biness environments.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong commercial operations, key account management, tender coordination, proposal development, contract review, pricing support and client relationship management skills.
  • Excellent ability to identify business opportunities, manage strategic clients, coordinate internal departments, track tender requirements and ensure submissions meet UR9 Group's standards and deadlines.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, reporting, analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to represent UR9 Group professionally to clients, partners, vendors and external organizations.

Salary
N250,000 monthly plus commission incentives (Experience & Expertise Dependent).
