Job Brief

• We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Architect to join our design team.
• The ideal candidate will be highly proficient in turning concepts into detailed architectural realities, balancing creative 3D visualization with structurally sound working drawings and highly functional floor plans.
• In this role, you will own the design process to construction-ready documentation, ensuring every design is both beautiful and buildable.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce comprehensive construction documentation sets, including detailed sections, elevations, schedules, and structural coordinates.
• Ensure all blueprints and drawings align with local building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations.
• Work closely with project managers, engineers, and contractors to address design adjustments during the construction phase.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree or HND in Architecture (B.Arch) or a related field.
• Mastery of industry-standard design tools is non-negotiable:
  • 2D Production: AutoCAD or Revit for precise floor plans and working drawings.
  • 3D Visualization: SketchUp, Rhino, Revit, or 3ds Max.
  • Rendering Engines: Lumion, V-Ray, Twinmotion, or Enscape.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a clean layout of floor plans, technical working details, and finished 3D presentation renders.
• A sharp eye for spatial proportions, material transitions, and construction detailing.

Salary Range
N150,000 - N200,000 / Month
