We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Financial Control, Reporting & Regulatory Compliance Manager

Location: Utako, Abuja

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or any related field; professional certification such as ICAN, ACCA, CPA or equivalent is a necessity.
• Minimum of 7 years' relevant experience in financial control, reporting, audit, taxation, regulatory compliance, risk management, or senior finance operations; preferably within a group or multi-business environment.
• Must have practical experience preparing financial statements, management reports, tax filings, audit schedules, compliance documentation, reconciliations, internal control reviews and financial performance reports for executive decision-making.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong expertise in financial control, statutory reporting, internal controls, budgeting, cash-flow monitoring, audit coordination, risk management and regulatory compliance across multiple business units.
• Advanced knowledge of accounting standards, tax compliance, financial policies, management reporting, reconciliation processes and financial documentation suitable for UR9 Group's corporate activities.
• Excellent leadership, analytical thinking, attention to detail, confidentiality, problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to guide finance teams and advise management on financial risks, controls and compliance obligations.

Salary
N300,000 monthly (Experience & Expertise Dependent).
