Job Title: Head Wealth Manager

Location: Lagos 
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment objectives.
• Provide personalized financial planning and wealth management solutions tailored to clients' needs.
• Advise clients on investment products, retirement planning, savings strategies, insurance, and wealth preservation opportunities.
• Conduct financial needs assessments and risk profiling to develop appropriate investment recommendations.
• Monitor client portfolios and provide regular performance reviews and market updates.
• Identify and acquire new clients through referrals, networking, and business development activities.
• Achieve assigned sales, revenue, and assets-under-management/advisory targets.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, KYC, AML, and internal policies in all client engagements.
• Stay informed on market trends, economic developments, and financial products to provide sound advisory services.
• Prepare and maintain accurate client records, financial plans, investment proposals, and advisory reports.

Requirement

• 7-10 years of relevant experience

Salary
N2,000,000 - N3,500,000 per month plus other benefit.
