About The Role
We are seeking a highly experienced, results-driven, and client-focused Real Estate Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of successfully closing property transactions, generating leads, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth within the real estate sector.
This role requires a seasoned professional with extensive market knowledge, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to identify and convert opportunities across residential, commercial, and investment property portfolios.
The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing clients, marketing properties, conducting property inspections, facilitating transactions, and providing expert advisory services to buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, and investors.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities within the real estate market.
Source and manage property listings for sale, lease, and investment purposes.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, developers, landlords, and other stakeholders.
Conduct property inspections and site visits with prospective clients.
Advise clients on property values, market trends, investment opportunities, and pricing strategies.
Negotiate property sales, leases, and contractual agreements to achieve favorable outcomes.
Prepare and present property proposals, marketing materials, and client reports.
Coordinate property transactions from initial engagement through closing.
Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, transactions, and client interactions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction processes and excellent customer experience.
Develop and execute marketing and client acquisition strategies to increase sales and property visibility.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the real estate sector.
Achieve agreed sales targets, revenue goals, and performance metrics.
Attend networking events, industry meetings, and property exhibitions to generate business opportunities.

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Estate Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
5–8 years of proven experience as a Real Estate Agent, Property Consultant, Real Estate Executive, or similar role.
Demonstrated success in property sales, leasing, and client acquisition.
Strong understanding of the Nigerian real estate market and property transaction processes.
Experience working with residential, commercial, and investment properties.
Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
Strong networking and relationship management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
Valid real estate certifications or professional memberships are an added advantage.
