Job Summary

• The Creative Designer is responsible for conceptualizing and developing compelling visual designs that communicate the company's architectural and workspace solutions effectively.
• The role involves creating branding materials, marketing collateral, presentations, social media content, and visual assets that enhance the company's identity while supporting business development, project delivery, and client engagement.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the company's visual identity across all communication channels.
• Design company brochures, profiles, flyers, banners, and corporate documents.
• Ensure consistency of brand elements, colors, typography, and design standards.
• Create templates for presentations, proposals, and reports.
• Design promotional materials for digital and print campaigns.
• Produce social media creatives, advertisements, newsletters, and email banners.
• Develop marketing assets for exhibitions, trade fairs, and networking events.
• Create engaging visual content that showcases completed projects and company milestones.
• Prepare visually appealing presentation boards for architectural and interior design proposals.
• Design mood boards, concept boards, and project presentations.
• Enhance architectural renderings with graphic elements and post-production techniques.
• Collaborate with Architects and 3D Visualizers to create high-quality project visuals.
• Work closely with:
  • Architects
  • Interior Designers
  • 3D Visualizers
  • Business Development Team
  • Project Managers 
  • Marketing Team
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and project reviews.
• Support cross-functional teams with creative design solution

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in:
  • Graphic Design
  • Fine Arts
  • Visual Communication
  • Architecture
  • Industrial Design
  • Multimedia Design or related field.

Experience:

• Must have 3–5 years experience as a Creative Designer.
• Experience in an Architectural, Interior Design, Real Estate, or Workspace Design company is highly preferred.
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital designs, and presentation graphics.

Technical Skills
Proficiency in:

• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe InDesign
• Adobe After Effects
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Canva Pro
• Figma
• CorelDRAW
• Microsoft PowerPoint

Additional Advantage:

• Basic knowledge of:
  • SketchUp
  • Lumion
  • AutoCAD
  • Revit
  • 3ds Max
