Job Summary

• We are seeking a proactive and experienced Mall Supervisor to oversee daily store operations, coordinate staff activities, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain smooth operational standards within the mall.
• The ideal candidate must possess strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• The candidate must reside within Surulere and Environment

KeyResponsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of staff within assigned sections.
• Ensure proper customer service and operational efficiency.
• Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, and performance.
• Ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and compliance with company standards.
• Handle customer complaints and escalate issues where necessary.
• Monitor stock movement and report discrepancies when observed.
• Prepare daily operational and sales reports.
• Ensure safety and security procedures are properly followed.
• Coordinate with management on operational matters and staff supervision.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc in Business Administration or related fields
• Previous supervisory experience in retail, supermarket, or mall operations is an added advantage.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good communication and reporting abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is an added advantage.
