Job Title: Procurement Executive – Telecommunications & Warehouse Operations

Job Summary

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Executive to support procurement, inventory management, and vendor coordination activities within our telecommunications operations.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and procuring Customer Premises Equipment (CPE), MiFi devices, routers, modems, SIM cards, accessories, and other telecom-related products while ensuring optimal stock levels across warehouses, distribution centers, and retail outlets.
• The ideal candidate will possess strong procurement, warehouse management, and vendor management experience, with the ability to manage purchase orders, inventory reporting, supplier performance, and cross-functional stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Procurement & Vendor Management:

• Identify, evaluate, onboard, and manage vendors and suppliers for telecom devices, accessories, and related products.
• Source and procure CPE devices, MiFi devices, routers, modems, SIM cards, and other telecom equipment.
• Obtain quotations, evaluate supplier proposals, negotiate pricing, and secure favorable commercial terms.
• Monitor vendor performance against agreed service levels, quality standards, pricing, and delivery timelines.
• Track supplier contracts, renewals, and performance metrics.
• Resolve supplier-related issues, delivery discrepancies, and procurement challenges promptly.
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization and procurement process improvements.

Purchase Order & Procurement Administration:

• Process Purchase Requisitions (PR) and convert them into Purchase Orders (PO) within agreed SLA timelines.
• Create, manage, and track Purchase Orders using Tally, JIRA, and ERP systems.
• Maintain procurement records, documentation, and audit trails.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and approval processes.
• Track all procurement activities from requisition to final delivery.

Inventory & Warehouse Management

• Monitor inventory levels across warehouses, distribution centers, and retail outlets.
• Ensure adequate stock availability to support operational and business requirements.
• Track stock movement, distribution, replenishment, and utilization.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct periodic stock reconciliation exercises.
• Manage sample device inventory and maintain detailed tracking records.
• Coordinate product distribution based on business requirements and stock availability.

Device Evaluation & Technical Coordination:

• Participate in vendor evaluation, device assessments, and product testing activities.
• Coordinate with technical teams on device configuration and testing requirements.
• Support device validation activities including SIM, USIM, ICCID, IMSI, KI, and OPC parameter verification.
• Collaborate with Operations, Sales, Marketing, Technology, Logistics, and Supply Chain teams to support product deployment requirements.

Reporting & MIS:

• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly procurement, inventory, and distribution reports.
• Prepare Management Information System (MIS) reports and procurement analytics.
• Monitor procurement KPIs and provide regular updates to management.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, stock levels, vendor performance, and procurement expenditures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Commerce, Telecommunications, Logistics, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in Procurement, Inventory Management, Warehouse Operations, or Supply Chain Management.
• Prior experience within the Telecommunications industry is highly preferred.
• Experience sourcing telecom devices such as routers, MiFi devices, modems, SIM cards, and related accessories.
• Strong understanding of Purchase Requisition (PR) and Purchase Order (PO) processes.
• Experience using Tally, JIRA, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with hands-on MIS experience.
• Knowledge of inventory control and warehouse management principles.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• High level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail.

Salary
N150,000 Gross Monthly.
